Preparing someone for their first call
First calls go best when the person knows it’s coming.

Tell them about it
Explain that a friendly automated call will ring at a set time, and that you arranged it.

Save our number
Add 0495 053 372 to their phone as “CareCall”.

Print their card
On their page, choose Print a card for the fridge. It shows their call times and our number in large print.
Good to know: If they’re unsure on the first call, that’s fine. It will gently explain again.
